What is the minimum order?

Can I order a sample before a bulk purchase?
Send the target model, year, finish and quantity through the inquiry form to ask about sample availability and pricing. Do not assume a single sample is offered under the listed bulk MOQ.
How long does production take?
The published reference schedule lists 7 days for 1–2 pieces, 15 days for 3–10 pieces, and 30 days for 11–50 pieces; above 50 pieces is negotiated. These are reference production times, not a shipping guarantee. Ask for an item-specific delivery date.
What materials and finishes are shown in the catalogue?
The catalogue lists ABS plastic as its standard material and includes gloss black, matte black and other finish options. Verify the material and available finish for your chosen item and order quantity in writing.
Are all kits installed without drilling?
Do not assume so from a catalogue headline. The installation method varies by item; some listings mention adhesive and screws. Ask for the install sheet for your exact model-year variant and dry-fit before final attachment.
Do the kits interfere with ADAS, radar or cameras?
No. Every kit goes through multiple rounds of real-vehicle fitment testing: it must not block or disturb the ACC adaptive-cruise radar, parking sensors or 360° cameras, and signal transmission stays at zero delay, so the factory active-safety and driver-assistance functions keep working exactly as designed.
Can DUKAI produce kits under my own label?
The company lists OEM, design service and buyer-label programs. Send your design, packaging requirements and expected annual volume to confirm feasibility, minimum quantity and development timetable.
What warranty applies?
The site lists a six-month warranty. Before ordering, ask for written coverage, exclusions and the process for submitting photos and resolving a fitment or transit claim.
How do payment and buyer protection work?
